Originally from Malaysia, I moved to the U.S. at 13 and have always been active. After a knee injury from soccer, my lifestyle shifted, less movement, same habits, which led to weight gain in my early 20s.

In 2018, my wife and I decided to take control and worked with a coach. That experience completely changed our lives. I even stepped on stage for my first bodybuilding competition that same year—one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences I’ve ever had.

That journey sparked a deeper passion for fitness, nutrition, and understanding how food fuels both the body and mind. It’s what led me to become a nutrition coach.

Today, my mission is to help others build a sustainable, healthy lifestyle—not just lose weight, but create better habits and a positive relationship with food.

I started my fitness journey in 2018, about a year after having my left shoulder completely reconstructed and being told I may never be able to use my arm again.

 

Since then I have fallen in love with fitness and nutrition. I want to bring that same passion to helping others achieve their fitness goals. I have learned to read bloodwork so that I can better help those who are wanting to take back control of their health and well-being, and live a long and healthy life.

 

I am also currently in school studying Oncology Nutrition with the goal of being able to help cancer patients with their nutrition while undergoing treatment. 

If you are looking to bulk, lose fat, or simply maintain a healthier lifestyle I promise to provide you with the tools and knowledge to turn this into a sustainable lifestyle and create the life you want.

My journey started from a place of insecurity—I was underweight, struggled with body image, and had no background in fitness or nutrition. Everything changed when I committed to learning how to train and fuel my body the right way.

Today, I help others transform not just physically, but mentally, building confidence, strength, and a lifestyle they can sustain.

Fitness has completely transformed my life. I began my journey in early 2018 alongside my husband, Yohan, driven by a desire to better understand how to care for my body and break away from habits that weren’t serving me.

Since then, what started as a simple goal has turned into a true passion. The more I learned about training, nutrition, and consistency, the more I fell in love with the process—and the results that come from showing up for yourself every day.

One of the most rewarding parts of this journey has been the community. I’ve met incredible, supportive people who continue to inspire me to grow, push further, and become the best version of myself.
